1. Effective immediately, all Kid Kart Engines must run a factory stock flywheel key - straight key,
no offset and must fit tightly in crankshaft
and flywheel
2. All Kid Kart Engines must use a stock un-cut, un-lightened, centrifical clutch
3. Kid Kart Engines may not have any type of foreign material in cylinder fins.
Cylinder fins must be completely free of foreign material. -
Also there will be no taping off of air inlets.

To all Kid Kart Owners. - Remember, Kid Kart
Engines must have an NEKC SEAL on them to participate in NEKC Events. If you
had your engine sealed last year, you are good for this year. However, if you
wish your engine to be freshened, please bring to NEKC/ Pearl Street Motors
as soon as possible.
